Here's another DBZ drawing of one of my favorite characters. Both 17 and 18 are my favorite villains within the fandom and I thought I'd make 17 look more realistic. Hopefully it came out great, I'm currently working on drawing 18 since I couldn't fit both of them on the same page.

Any feedback/constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.
