Kougaiji

So here's something that I was working on for the past few days while taking a much-needed break from one of my assignments. I had actually started to draw something completely unrelated to Saiyuki, then all of a sudden I had wanted to revisit the series, and what better way to do so than to draw my favorite character, the Youkai Prince: Kougaiji!

Ever since I started reading the manga, Kou's character intrigued me since his first appearance. I adore almost all of the characters, don't get me wrong, but Kou simply kicks so much arse!

Thanks to fellow deviants who've offered critiques on previous drawings of mine, I feel like I've improved immensely on coloring by using the tidbits everyone has offered to me.
